After reading the changes to BOB, I realized that Phantoms from the Flender not burning in daylight is intentional, but at least put Flenders in the end, not in the Overworld, where you can easily find it by accident.

I feel like the phantoms are too strong. They don't burn in daylight, move faster than the player, hit like a truck, and have 50 health. They buffed Phantoms to get rid of their 2 weaknesses but forgot to compensate by nerfing them. They're fine in the End, where you usually have better gear, but tell me how someone with Copper armor and a Copper sword is supposed to fight them. In other words, you did a Fleetway.

Okay, I'll reduce mob "mc:rftm_stare" from 35% to 5%,And the "mc:rftm_lookat_disappear" went from 50% down to 10%.
