Herobrine physically appears usually after 2 to 3 Minecraft days! He can be very hideous though lol! For more notice including more structures, try bumping up the simulation distance settings in your world! To make Herobrine more active try either making a Shrine like in the example or talk to Him in chat! He only speaks English though unfortunately lol! I haven't been able to add various languages!
