It only works like this. say hi
Save the spotted after you say hi.

Go to the lobby and rename it.

The function should give every player blindness for two seconds at full strength.
The function should give the entity itself slowness for fifteen seconds at full strength.
The function should then play the animation called the tinky spotted.
The function should also play the sound mob the tinky throw to every player.

All of those names are not real, just place your own dweller identifier.
