    You need a Dragon Whistle to make the dragon sit. Hold it in your hand, approach the dragon, then crouch and interact with it to make it sit down. You can do the same thing to make it stand up again.

    Hold a lava bucket and approach the egg; a button will appear at the bottom. Once you press it, the egg will hatch. You will need fish to grow the baby.
