Probably because it's patched, or the spawn rates are really low

He fixed the bug and both is at the VERY end, either update your fearcraft and delete the old one or, idk ur minecraft is just bugged

Yeah just the spawn rates are slow, if you want you can edit the .json!

Probably because your on a Xbox, or you didn't turn on resource packs, or your just spawning them without spawn eggs enabled

Because sometimes ticks are being used up at the same time, slowing everything down, blocks getting dropped and entity speed

You should read the description and then you'll understand

If there's too much, and you have a normal or low end phone it will slow down the game because of too much ticks being used up at the same time

They do get spotted, just doseont work, I don't think any of them do commonly

That's why you have to read the description because without the nether star you can't spawn them, it's just a bug if you can, or if you know that, then just know some of them do need time to load their textures
