When having both resources and behaviors correctly installed, The Man From the Fog spawns naturally! Even in the latest version! Cheers! ; )

also is there a behaviour pack i need to install and can i use this pack on the latest version would it still spawn in naturally

Is the lag/delays actually still a thing? What kinda device are you guys using? Are there any other addons involved? This shouldn't happen with a good addon setup though! I might need to replicate the cause somehow to confirm this issue! I need confirmation, before I can possibly solve anything lol! Let's test! Cheers! ; )
