The Fearcraft addon specifically doesn't use spawneggs with a reason! The entities/monsters in this addon have unique rules based on gameplay conditions! Those make the game interesting and dynamic in survival! Using spawneggs to spawn them breaks the system and ruins the intentional experience! Cheers! ; )

Try updating your Minecraft. It also takes a while to find the monsters
