One-House Village Seed

At 770 ~ -780 you'll find one of the smallest villages you're likely to come across. It has a single building that doubles as a house and library, a fountain, three empty animal pens, and two farms. One farm is on the surface, while the other generated inside an open cave below the village, creating a natural underground farm.

What makes this seed worth using is what's underneath. A stronghold with an End portal sits directly below the village, and a ruined Nether portal is about 200 blocks away. If you want a cozy, minimal starting village with fast access to both the End and the Nether, this one gets you there without much searching.
