Mesa Lake with Exposed Monument Seed
Every so often Minecraft's generator throws two biome types together in a way that makes no sense, and this seed is a good example. A lake and an Ocean Monument show up right in the middle of a mesa, nowhere near where either normally belongs.
At 200 ~ -340 there's a lake sitting in the middle of a mesa biome, which is unusual on its own since mesa terrain doesn't normally hold water like this. Inside the lake, an Ocean Monument generated only partially submerged, with parts of it sticking out above the waterline instead of being fully underwater like normal. The pillars supporting it stretch down deep into a cave system below, and there's even a mineshaft entrance visible inside the lake itself.
It's clearly a bit of a generation glitch, but it makes for one of the more interesting monument locations you'll come across, framed by orange mesa cliffs instead of open ocean.
Two villages are close to spawn as well, at -350 ~ -170 and -380 ~ 200, giving you a normal starting point before heading out to check out the strange lake and its monument.
