When I tried Herobrine by himself, no other mobs spawned and would despawn when I'd try to summon them in or use eggs. Since Herobrine is in this, would the same thing happen?

Sure I was mining and I heard a weird noise and then he screamed at me and later ran away going behind a corner then I looked and he was gone. I went back to mining I heard something and he killed me! Man did I scream, awesome mod!

The Cave Dweller can now eventually follow you inside the Nether and maybe the End too!
The Cave Dweller can now interact and mess with the players base, blocks and items!
The Cave Dweller now has some interest in redstone conductivity!
The Cave Dweller doesn't like you life inside His territorie!
