Talvez seja o fato desse addon já ser um compilado de vários addons, juntar com mais 10 pode ter deixado um pouco pesado para que seu Minecraft consiga carregar, tenta olha ali na lista de addons que estão compilados e seleciona só os mais importantes para vc adicionar separado usando os links
