Can you make clothes to make you immune to cold or hot but it damages over time you use it

I cant comment on the mcpedl but i will comment here theres a bug if you continue to run even your stamina is 0 you can still run and wont lose speed and theres another bug if you spam to drink on a water block or a river or a sea your thirst will fill up and if you continue spamming theres a chance the poison effect or thirst effect will be gone and sometimes the temperature doesnt work getting hot and cold doesn't work sometimes even when your in a water in a frozen biome it wont just cold you even your in the desert near lava it wont get you hot thats all thr bug i know its okay you wont do this im not forcing you i just want you to know

Why doesn’t it have the same design on the elytra man?!! Whenever i equipt the elytra, the cape changes to whatever I was wearing initially before these capes👎🥲 everything was awsome except that 🙄
