The Cartoon Dweller is a scarier version of the original Cartoon Cat. He has custom, non-boring sounds. He can speak English. Model is created by DeathStrike. Animations are unique. Thanks to Rupter for making them.

For now, some animations are a bit glitchy. You can find this Dweller on surface and in caves.
