It takes awhile if you chose the normal phase, according to dolphinmaster, it approximately takes 3 hours for the final phase. You can choose a higher phase so that you don’t have to wait, if you want.

It’s probably because you chose the fastest phase appearance, maybe choose a phase lower than that phase you chose where he doesn’t spawn often, simple as that. And if that didn’t work, you’re probably playing the old creation of TOWW from dolphinmaster.

Ok so the addon does work now after further testing in a new fresh world, BUT the shrines are inconsistent, sometimes they will works and some times they won't, bc of this u will never be actually sure if it's working or not.
I hope that it's me doing smt wrong (Wich is probably not the case since I have 8 simu and all the experiments on), either way I hope this gets a fix

Forgot to mention that I've tried the addon both on Android and Console (Ps5)

No matter what I try to do, the addons does not work, there is no sight of Herobrine in the world aside from the chat speech after the 3 days, other than that nothing at all.
I know he's meant to be rare but even after building the 2 shrines (Wich don't work as well bc they won't emit any creepy noise when lit) he doesn't show up as much (more like "at all") as shown in the addon showcase by Dolphin himself, maybe I'm doing smt wrong? I don't think so since I've my simulations at 8 chunks as well
