Did you enable the required experimental toggles. Also, do you have the correct version for your version of Minecraft, if you are on 1.21.30/31 then you should download version 1.24.0, and if you are on 1.21.40/41 then you should download version 1.25.1 (or a newer version if it is available).

The add-on is probably gonna be functional for a very long time, probably for at least a few more years.

Okay maybe it's because there are conditions in which they spawn. But why is my wendigo only walking?

I downloaded this mod again but for 1.21.31 Minecraft (Patch). I can't seem to spawn them via egg. Also their sounds are gone. What should i do??

I have a question, what to do with the iron pickaxe head? I have no idea on how to make it a fully made iron pickaxe.

Needs a 1.21.41 Update, Minecraft changed beta api's around and some of the components, one in particular is the look at component.
Renamed the "minecraft:lookat" component to "minecraft:looked_at" to better reflect its functionality
Its "look_event" field was also renamed to "looked_at_event"
Its "look_cooldown" field was also renamed to "looked_at_cooldown"
Expanded the "minecraft:looked_at" component functionality with the addition of six new [Beta] fields
