After 3 days he starts to naturally spawn! You could use a shrine to make him more common too! Also I strongly recommend using 8 simulation distance for your world! Using 4 will multiply his rarity a lot! He still works, but more rare! Use this setting to your preference, but 8 is recommended! Cheers!👻👀🤩😎😊🤔😁😆🤗👍😉
