📖 Overview

This addon was made for the purpose of making useless ender dragon eggs hatchable. You can tame the dragon like a pet and ride it to soar in the skies.

Dragon Mounts 2 adds fire-breathing dragons, nest structures, new tools and armor!

It is a different add-on compared to its prequel Dragon Mounts. The premise of this version is to expand the original Dragon Mounts by adding an RPG adventure-styled experience.

📖 How To Play

Finding Dragon Eggs

Ever since wild dragons went extinct from overhunting for their precious meat, you can still find their eggs scattered across all 3 dimensions. You can either keep them as trophies as usual, or hatch them to give yourselves your very own dragons! To tame your dragons, use any raw fish except pufferfish.

Hatching Eggs and Egg Transformations

Interact with eggs until you see particles, which means they're incubating. Incubation usually takes about 20 minutes. To transform eggs into other dragon breeds, place the eggs above certain blocks; transformation takes about 5 minutes.

Taming and Riding Your Dragons

After taming your dragons with fish, you can open the inventory of your dragon while riding it. To breed your dragons, use any raw fish except pufferfish. To fly with your dragons, press jump. Use your movement/arrow keys while flying to steer.

✨ Special Features

Dragon Amulets

Tame your dragon first, then hit your dragon with the Amulet to bind it.

Dragon Flutes

Crouch and interact with your dragon using the flute to bind it. Then use the flute to teleport your dragon to you.

Dragon Wands

Craft Dragon Wands using Blaze Rods and 3 Gems. To activate attacks, sit on your dragon and use the Dragon Wands.

Variation Orbs

Use Variation Orbs to change the variant of your tamed dragons.

Diamond Shears

Craft Diamond Shears, then shear your dragons for resources/variants.

Essence Gems and Dragon Cores

Essence Gems spawn when your dragon dies. Use those gems on Dragon Core blocks to revive them, but they'll reset back to a baby.
