Go to filesThis pack provides you with full bright night vision, you can now navigate caves and dark environments with ease and clarity. It requires enabling Render Dragon experimental features and works only in Deferred Technical Preview graphics mode.
Full Bright Night Vision provides permanent night vision using the deferred technical preview graphics mode.
It doesnโt require a behavior pack and is currently only compatible with preview versions of the game.
Once the new render dragon features are fully rolled out, this pack should be available for use in normal versions of the game.
Enjoy improved visibility in dark environments.
Updated on September 28
Added v1.3:
- The pack once again works in the latest Minecraft Previews (v1.21.40.23+)
- Now uses Ambient Lighting to provide the player with night vision instead of emissivity on every surface, this might allow the pack to be used alongside other PBR texture packs.
Changelog for May 28 / Old Update
Changelog v1.2:
- Fixed overexposure when looking at the night sky or dark areas. (This used to result in extremely bright areas on the screen/missing stars, etc...)
- Lowered brightness so colors are better preserved and night vision is easier on eyes.
- Fixed black in-world items/entities.
Changelog for December 27 / Old Update
Changelog v1.1:
- Tuned brightness down (only works in and recommended to use with the newest deferred technical previews, old download remains on this page for use with older deferred technical preview versions).
- Removed sun offset.
