Jappa's Planks V3

Reverts the wooden plank textures to the planks Jappa made for the "v3" texture update test pack. These had a much flatter look compared to the planks that followed, and would end up being the final version used in-game.

For consistency, this pack also retrofits mangrove, cherry, crimson, and warped planks to this look, and various other textures that use planks as a base.
