Semi-realistic version 0.3.18

This update enhances rain particles, splashes, ripples, and puddles to match the new water visuals, and adds a fun command (use with caution).

Rain particles and splashes, including puddles and ripples, have been enhanced to match the new water visuals.

Added

Added a new command for fun. Note: don't execute this command when you're in Survival; to make it work you need to look at a block before executing the command. The command is: /scriptevent create_explosion:run

Texture changes

• Wheat
• Snow grass block
• Wheat plant / crop stages 0–7
• Wheat seeds
• All wools
• All dyes except glow ink sac
• Cobweb
• Weeping vines
• Water reanimated visual changed to look more realistic
