I tried it and if it works, it is quite well done, although it is a bit annoying that it appears as soon as you generate the world, or well that was my experience.

I would also like the jumpscares/hallucinations to appear.

Although I don't know if it's a mistake, but when I go on a boat and it gets into the water, it disappears and hurts me and I can't get out of its grip.

It would be quite nice if there was an interface of how much noise you are making, increasing the probability of it appearing.
