Herobrine isn't really supposed to be spawned with commands lol! He spawns by himself at random after around 3 ingame days! Activating HIS shrine makes him more common and curious! Cheers! ;

In creative mode how do we find it? When I try to summon it in command it says test:herobrine and it doesn't show up on the screen

It's quite literally a creature of Native American folklore, specifically from Algonquian cultures.. And i do think it would've been simplier to make a skinny, pale humanoid.
