how do I add it

I'm glad there's finally an Add-On that's pretty faithful to Java Edition's From The Fog, but Dolphin's original Add-Ons were cool too. I'm having a FPS drop problem when playing these Add-Ons, I play on Windows 10, My game starts to drop FPS with these Add-Ons and when I open the inventory or the menu, the game stops lagging and in gameplay it doesn't stop dropping FPS. Can you fix this? (Sorry for bad english, i am brazilian)

Yeah the spawnrate of the tunnels and signs is the first thing i've noticed, the addon is great, i hope you guys will keep focusing on herobrine for now. Are there any pyramids? cause i didnt see any in my playthrough. I also saw that he placed a redstone torch one time but after that he didnt do it anymore.
Suggestions:
focus on the original creepypasta, add 2x2 tunnels on the surface aswell with or without redstone torches and add pyramids structures made of sand in water.
