He has unique spawn conditions! Spawning him manually would probably break the game and ruin the intended experience! Cheers! ; )

I personally think that this addon shud be remade to a full Hopefully 100% recreation of the from the fog datapack nut for bedrock

It won't have everything like java but most shud be the same like structures and the entity's ai
With a menu to customise The experince for bedrock it shud be a Book that you get when spawing in the world

Also I feel like the pixelkitty and dolphin shud be a separate addon they feel very out of place
Not really fitting for the Nostalgic horror vibe
