The stalker in the fog expansion does not seem to want to import into minecraft. i did however unzip the file and added it manually. It seems to work but now the whole world seems really laggy. the sun and moon travel a distance then rewind. this happens about every 15 seconds. in general it makes everything in the game move in slow motion except for us players.

How do I install this in my game? I'm usually able to double click on the file but that isn't the case with this.
