Peeled Sunflower Seed - you can get a Peeled Sunflower Seed if you put Sunflower Seed on a cutting board, and then click or pinch the Sunflower Seed with a knife. Satisfies hunger by 4/20 units, and its saturation is 1/20 units.
Fried Sunflower Seed
Fried Sunflower Seed - you can get Fried Sunflower Seed if you put Peeled Sunflower Seed on Campfire, Soul Campfire, Furnace and Smoker, and then you don't have to wait much. Satisfies hunger by 6/20 units, and its saturation is 6/20 units.
