Block Cloner

The Block Cloner is an end-game tool that allows one to 1-1 clone any block below it.

To begin the process: Place any block of choice under the Cloner. The Cloner will require at least 300 xp points (about 13 levels) to power the process. If the block has an inventory, it will cost an additional 5 xp points per item cloned, and 600 points per entity.

If the player has enough experience, the amount will be consumed by the cloner. It will actively use up these orbs to form a template block above it.

After that process is completed, the "data" will be written to the block. The amount of time this takes is scaled by the amount of items in a container (if present).

After this is completed, the cloner will be on a cooldown for at least 20 seconds. The new block is now ready to be picked up!
