Ore Golems Addon: Build Your Own Ultimate Guard Army
Go to files
If you're tired of the traditional Iron Golem and want real protection for your base, this mod gives you an entire army of guardians. The core idea of the mod is "progression" — the more expensive resources you gather, the more terrifyingly powerful a golem you can craft.
Golem details, from weakest to strongest:
1. Stone Golem:
This is your early-game friend. Very easy to craft as soon as you start the world.
- Power: 50 health points, and it can be upgraded up to level 8.
- Advantage: Very cheap, and you can repair it with regular stone blocks if it takes damage.
2. Coal Golem:
A simple upgrade from stone, useful if you have a lot of coal you don't need.
- Power: 60 health points, and it can be upgraded up to level 10.
- Advantage: Repairing it with coal makes it very practical in caves.
3. Redstone & Lapis Golems:
These are the mid-tier class, stylish in appearance and reasonably powerful.
- Power: 70 health points, and upgrades go up to level 14.
- Advantage: Excellent for defending farms and houses against zombies and creepers.
4. Gold Golem:
Even though gold is known to be weak in Minecraft, this golem is fast and effective.
- Power: 80 health points, and it can be upgraded up to level 17.
- Advantage: Moves and attacks faster than the golems before it.
5. Quartz Golem:
The first "heavy" golem — you'll need to go to the Nether to gather its materials.
- Power: 100 health points, and it can be upgraded up to level 21.
- Advantage: Has a sleek white appearance, and its power starts to show against stronger monsters.
6. Diamond & Emerald Golems:
Here we've entered monster-tier. These are considered elite guardians.
- Power: 200 health points (double the previous tier), and upgrades go up to level 42.
- Advantage: A single hit can send any regular monster flying, and repairing it with diamonds or emeralds makes it an expensive investment — but a worthwhile one.
7. Netherite Golem — The King:
This is the most powerful creature you can own in the mod. Literally nothing can stand against it.
- Power: 500 health points! And it can be upgraded up to level 105.
- Advantage: This isn't a golem, it's a walking "tank." It can take down the Warden or the Ender Dragon if it can reach them. Repairing it with netherite ingots makes it the most expensive and powerful thing you could ever own.
Why should you have this mod?
- A custom army: You can build an army with different colors and shapes depending on the resources you have.
- Easy maintenance: You don't need to craft a new golem every so often — as long as you have the resources, you can "repair" an injured golem and restore its full health.
- Game balance: The mod doesn't make you overpowered from the very first moment; you have to work hard and gather resources to reach the Netherite Golem.
