Tutorial:

First download the pack.

Then download Minecraft PATCH APK for Android and Better RenderDragon for Windows.

Then you will get a zip file, extract that zip file and you will get an mcpack file for Android and Windows but for iOS, jailbreak is required since iPhones don't give you permission to edit data.

You can click on that mcpack file and select Minecraft (via your file manager).

And this pack will automatically be imported into the game.

And then you can activate the pack in your world.
