New update (the pet variants update has fallen)

Since XSSheep's Pixel Perfection was abandoned and left unfinished in the development of 1.13. And since Nova_Wostra must not have the time to give us an update, I took it myself to update.

The pack works curently for 1.21.

• Added a fix to wolf and cat collars.

• Warning: Do not combine with Actions and Stuff (marketplace), it causes the wolves to disappear when tamed.
