One observation, it would be great if the goblins that appear naturally could disappear when you move too far away (like a normal mob) with distance since they don't (there comes a point where there is too much in that biome). Clearly the goblins that appear generated in their structures would not disappear, these would be permanent, it would be something very cool not to have too many and for the structure to have more importance as you have permanent goblins and those that appear without structure can disappear at a distance like a mob. Normal, I hope this is not a very complicated mechanic to perform (or to achieve it, the goblins in village-type structures) could have a separate entity file that does not disappear and maybe you see a small change in their texture to identify it)
