How to Obtain?

So how to get the cotton seeds is very simple you need to collect fern on taiga biome and then put it on crafting table you can also duplicate it using cotton ball

Sweaters:

For now there is still sweater for the top wear you can craft this simply using cotton and dye

Hats:

For the hat is also very simple similar like sweater you only need cotton and dye
