How to get?

For Survival Mode, you have to craft a Raw Diorite and put it in a stonecutter to craft the Party Blocks!

You can craft Raw Diorite using a Diorite and Cobbled Deepslate.

Creative Mode:

All of the blocks are now in the creative inventory!!
