RGB Nether Portals

This texture pack changes Minecraft's default nether portal texture & adds a rainbow animation to it, there is also a ray tracing version if you wish to use it with Minecraft RTX.

Notes:

• Use the ray tracing version if you're using ray tracing.
• Feel free to use it in your own resource packs.
• Also, don't use the ray tracing version alone, it only covers portals, it is meant to be placed above another ray tracing capable resource pack like Vanilla RTX, which covers all other blocks.

• Respawn anchor top portal texture now shows the same rainbow animation as the portal.
