RGB Nether Portals

This texture pack changes Minecraft's default nether portal texture & adds a rainbow animation to it, there is also a ray tracing version if you wish to use it with Minecraft RTX.

Notes:

Use ray tracing version if you're using ray tracing.

Also don't use ray tracing version alone, only portal is supported, that means it is better to place it above another ray tracing capable resource pack (preferably Vanilla RTX) that covers other blocks.

Feel free to use it in your own resource packs.
