"NoBlockRotations (NBR)" License Agreement

This license governs the use, distribution, and modification of NoBlockRotations (NBR) (the "Texture Pack"). By downloading or using the Texture Pack, you agree to be bound by the terms of this license.

Ownership and Attribution:

• The Texture Pack is the intellectual property of PandaMine5 (Matt).
• You must not claim ownership or authorship of the Texture Pack or any derivative works.

Use and Distribution:

• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Texture Pack for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You are permitted to share links of the Texture Pack, but only to the following platforms: MCPEDL, Modrinth, ModBay, Linkvertise.
• Redistribution of the Texture Pack through any means, including but not limited to MediaFire links, third-party websites, or any other bypasses for pack downloading, is strictly prohibited.

Banned Third-Party Websites:

The following websites are explicitly prohibited from redistributing, hosting, or otherwise using any materials related to the Texture Pack without the explicit written permission of the creator, PandaMine5 (Matt):

• tlauncher.org
• getmod.ru
• giga.de
• gl-mods.ru
• goldmods-minecraft.ru
• gid-minecraft
• hackphoenix.com
• And much more...

Any third-party website not listed above must also seek explicit written permission from the creator before redistributing or hosting any materials related to the Texture Pack.

Modification and Source Code:

• You are not permitted to extract, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the source code of the Texture Pack.
• Modifications to the Texture Pack are not allowed unless explicitly authorized by the Author in writing.

Monetization:

• You are not permitted to monetize the Texture Pack or any derivative works. This includes, but is not limited to, using the Texture Pack in videos, streams, or other content where you receive payment or donations without prior written consent from the Author.
• You are allowed to create videos or streams featuring the Texture Pack, provided you include appropriate credit in the description. This credit must include the following: "This Texture Pack was created by PandaMine5 (Matt)." If there's an ability to download the Texture Pack or if the content is a review of the Texture Pack, this credit is mandatory.
• Any unauthorized earnings made from the Texture Pack must be sent to the Author as compensation.

Credits and Notices:

• All uses of the Texture Pack must include appropriate credit to the Author. You must include the following credit in a clearly visible location: "This Texture Pack was created by PandaMine5 (Matt)."

Termination:

• The Author reserves the right to terminate this license at any time if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and distribution of the Texture Pack and delete any copies in your possession.

Disclaimer of Warranty:

• The Texture Pack is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall the Author be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the Texture Pack or the use or other dealings in the Texture Pack.

Governing Law:

• This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
