No, this pack is not stolen or re-uploaded without permission. The original Visuality Java mod by PinkGoosik is distributed under the MIT License, which explicitly allows redistribution, modification, and re-posting.
The Bedrock port of the mod was initially created by FieryAbyss, and I have built upon their work by adding new features, custom particles, and additional enhancements to make this version unique for Minecraft Bedrock Edition.
While this pack is based on the work of PinkGoosik and FieryAbyss, the modifications and features added by me (Blockify) distinguish it as an updated version. This re-post does not fall under "stolen content" but is a legitimate redistribution under the terms of the MIT License
