I tested it on the original version 1.21.51 and I can say that it is working 100%, it is a thousand times better than twisted shadows, no cheap jumpscares, just pure psychological horror.
this fool appeared once (I am playing in 4 chunks but he appeared) and then vanished, after i started hearing footsteps and I surrounded the whole place but I didn't find anything, until when I turned my back and BAM! my house was on fire.
