Why is the cave dweller and other dwellers so slow? I’m confused if it’s me or the mod at this point because some like cartoon cat and the one who watches aren’t slow but the cave dweller is slow?

to stanly,
first after downloadind the mod,you need to go to a file manager and hold down on the .zip thing if you're on mobile and then it will show a button called rename.
Click on it and then you need to delete the " .zip".
After that the logo of the thing should change.
Hold down again and go to the 3 dots ( more button ) and it will show a " open with " button.
Click on it and it will show some apps that you can open with the zip thingy.
Normally it should directly send you to your minecraft app and at the top,
It should say " Import Starting... "
After a couple of seconds,if it says import successful then the mod worked!
But if no..
Then sadly it didn't work.
Some reasons are probably like that the supported versions weren't your minecraft version.
