You might have heard those before, some eerie whispers in the night. Someone luring you into the unknown. Something wants you to find it. Does HE want to just play some Hide and Seek? THUNDER STRUCK!

Let's keep it short and surprise you this time:

M_Productions made the original Man From the Fog! You can find his awsome Java mod here:

Me and my developer friends plan to work on actual original addon projects soon!

Me sometimes still making less original addons is mainly just for practice and fun!

I try to update on older addon content too when possible, sometimes having to alternate a bit!

I have a lot of fun learning new coding methods by using familiar examples!

I made a nice little The Man From the Fog Remake from old resources from Fearcraft I still had on the shelves and used new coding methods to make a really cool (scary) Unique Man From the Fog AI that's both really familiar but also able to catch you off guard really well!

Consider this addon surprise a "Tasty (pre) Dessert"!

Stay tuned for the future! You never know what comes around those corners...

This time we will try something different just for fun!

Let's not spoil anything this time except that the Custom entity in this addon: Can Behave like almost all familiar Updates from the Original you might already be familiar with at random!

Using your Knowledge about this entity "might" give you an nice advantage!

  • Added compatibility for update 1.21.90 Chase the Skies!
  • Implemented the Vibrant Visuals texture and features for the Man from the Fog in the main addon(No extra pack needed anymore)!
  • Known (possible) bug: The Man from the Fog might be a bit too reflective on ultra settings! Please let me know your opinion! I might update this later if needed!

Changelog (I have been generous lol):

  • Added functional spawneggs for the Man from the fog!
  • Spawning Him under a roof or tree might spawn Him in hanging state with the same egg!
  • Updated the sounds yet again on popular demand: Pro's: Louder sounds, way more noticeable, don't miss those whistles anymore! Cons: No
  • gameplay mechanics like location based sounds etc, less realistic, very basic and quite dull in my opinion lol! I hope this is what you guys like! I have been a bit too generous lately!
  • Added a poof effect on despawn!
  • Tweaked the hanging animation to be a bit more lifelike!
  • Fixed the Tear of the Man drop from killing the Man from the fog!
  • Having the Tear of the Man in your inventory has some benefits!

  • Sound improvements: The sounds were indeed hard to notice sometimes! I did a good attempt at improving those! Please let me know if you can notice them now! They are still dynamic though and might differ on distance and rotation etc!
  • The ones asking for a digging behavior for the Man from the fog, might regret it, after playing this nice little update lmao!
  • The jumpscare now plays when killed by the Man from the fog instead of on the surprise attacks!
  • You might already found out, but the Cultist sounds are fixed too lol!

    Can it still spawn even when you're creative? Because it would be cool if it will spawn even if in creative, oh umm DolphinMasterMB, can you make spawn eggs for your addons just like in java?

      My entities are too complicated to be manually spawned with spawneggs! It wouldn't work very well! I prefer to not bother adding those lol! The Man From the Fog does actually spawn in creative too yes lol! Cheers! ; )

    Am i tweakin or something? When i tried the man from the fog from minecraft patched, it spawns frequently while the original one, i dont see him after a lot of days, i dont hear any whistles and sounds in minecraft orig?!?! Like what

      Both original and patch should kinda work the same tho! Even though patch runs by a different engine and could even be an different Minecraft version! The addon is espesially made and designed on Minecraft original! I don't really follow and support Minecraft patch! Cheers! ; )

    I don't know how good it is that when you kill a player the fog man disappears by shooting a lightning bolt since that way the items he was carrying are burned.

      That's kinda a risk/challenge for adding HIM to your game lol! But you might just be able to disable the effect of fire within the Minecraft world settings! It might help! Cheers! ; )

    Make a configuration for it to spawn at day/night, night only and day only, and i have another idea, when it spawns make the surroundings foggy like in java. Oh dont forget the cassette, just get minecraft java and get the man from the fog mod and copy it like the cassette, a smiple looking witch house with a villager in it that will sell you a Cassette recorder and when you create the world and spawned, you will spawn with a casette: 1 safety instruction disc, i hope these ideas that im giving to you are not hard 😅😅😅 you just have to observe the man from the fog in java, if you have a java minecraft then get the man from the fog mod and try to observe and copy them so us bedrock players will really enjoy ur addons

    ur mods are good but there needs to be more sound effects its not really scary when i see them because there is no noise. for instance the knocker, the ai is really good on sneaking up on me but it is just not scary cause there is no scary sound or build up noise when i see him. Same thing for the man from the fog there should be some sound effect when i see them

      There are quite some nice subtle sounds already! Mfog does whistle and the Knocker breathes! I now just have the basic sounds! I might add others, if I got some nice usable ones! Cheers! ; )

    Can you add a jumpscare when it kills you like in java, and also, make it spawn at sunset, rainy days and night only because it doesnt spawn at day in java, idea: make it stalk you at day but it will not attack you at day. Oh dont forget to add the casette recorder and the casette: 1 safety instruction disc, thats all!

    Very good mod but it appears approximately 3 times a day, even when it is in rare mode, which makes it very difficult to progress.

      Maybe make sure you have both the behavior and resource pack active in your world! Stuff like pink textures indicates you might have forgot one lol! Cheers! ; )
