I can see that it supports 1.21, but since the latest update for 1.21.21, the things have changed in your add-on, such as: the mod is unable to show boxes and other locker supplies as well as weapons, food, drinks and medical things, so instead it just shows a dirt block with question mark on it. Can you make sure that your add-on is fully compatible with the latest version of Minecraft? Thank you in advance!

no, sadly you can't, it is not possible in bedrock edition, you would have to manually add each head texture into the resource pack to do that
