Overview

The Whistling Dweller is a mysterious figure that lurks in the shadows. Every attack it makes gives you blindness, making encounters unnerving. Strike it, and it responds with a short, bell-like whistle lasting only one second—simple, subtle, and unsettling.

Functionality

Spotted Freeze: When the Dweller notices you, it triggers a freeze effect for 10 seconds and plays a whistling animation: *whistles*.
Death and Return: If the Dweller kills you, it disappears, only to return later. Defeat it, and it will come back, keeping you on edge.
