Adds a small firework event for every "New Year" in the game!
Fireworks add a small event that happens every in-game Minecraft year!
So at midnight on day 364 (because the world starts on day 0), there will be fireworks and the game will congratulate you for reaching a year in your world.
The amount of fireworks scale from how many years you are into the world.
